I never heard of astral projection while playing with a MP3 player. Any way can be used as long as it relaxes you.
You don’t necessarily have to – all you need is to be comfortable. Wear loose clothing.
Also, APing at night is supposed to be harder than doing it early in the morning because you are prepping to go to SLEEP. When you have the time, set an alarm for 4:00 am and try APing then.
